Control the reaction conditions and time as specified for the product.
Read
Compare the T line with the C line — by eye, with a reader, or with a photo in the ShiYiAn app. Retest to confirm where needed.
Gold pad · colorimetric
Colloidal-gold strips read by comparing the colour intensity of the T and C lines.
Microwell · colorimetric
Sample is first incubated in a microwell with pre-loaded reagent, then run on the strip.
Line-disappearance
